Now the interinstitutional discussions with the Council and the Commission can start. Once they will have been concluded, we’ll have the final text.
As the AI Act progresses, we should be seeing rapid advancement on the AI Liability legislative process, too. This is also very important for manufacturers for consumer-end liabilities (together with the right to repair proposal and the general product safety rules - Regulation (EU) 2023/988).
